We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered to you. 

Due to the nature of our made to order Social Wear category, all items marked under "Social Wear" are available for exchange or site credit only. 

RETURN OPTIONS

When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below.

Size Exchanges - Free Return Label with the purchase of Redo

Fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a different size? An exchange is your best option! The cost of to return your incorrect size is on us!

You'll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we've received your package back in our warehouse. The sooner you return the original, the faster you'll receive the replacement.

This option will only be available if we have enough stock on hand of the preferred size - if stock is running low or it's already sold out, you will not be able to choose that size. If your size sells out before you've sent the original back to us, you'll automatically be issued a refund. A lot of our pieces sell out very quickly so the faster you get it back to us, the better your change of the alternative size being available and it reaching you!

Online Credit - Free Return Label with the purchase of Redo

If you know you'll buy something in the future, but aren't quite sure what you want right now our online credits are valid for 5 years and just like an exchange. we cover the cost of your return! When you submit your return, you will receive a pre-paid label to send your items back.

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse.

If you've paid with AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or Shop Pay, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

You'll be issued a UPS Return Label. Print the label, attach the label to the outside of your parcel, place your return items and invoice from your original order inside and send the parcel back to us within 7 days of printing the label. It's that easy!

Byrdie Golf Social Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. International returns are responsible for their own shipping charges and return shipping labels.

Returns must be received by Byrdie Golf Social Wear in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags and packaging.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.

Social Wear Pieces

We only accept returns for store credit or exchanges for our Social Wear pieces. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.

Sale Items

Please note that items noted as FINAL SALE can not be returned and will not be processed through the returns portal.
