Pre order items will ship within 1-3 weeks from purchase date.

Made to order items will ship within 4-6 weeks from purchase date unless otherwise noted. 

Standard orders are shipped within 2-5 business days via UPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Byrdie Golf Social Wear cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. Please note holidays may impact ship times as well.

All orders are dispatched with ‘No Signature Required’ and may be left at a residence deemed safe by the delivery company. Byrdie Golf Social Wear is not responsible for any loss, liability or damage in packages once it has left our facilities. Please notify us and the courier immediately if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to assist you. 

Returned goods will not be refunded until our warehouse has received and fully inspected each item in the return. 

International: For international orders, you may also be charged a duty fee by your country's customs department. If tracking shows your package is being held by your local dispatcher, please call them to pay this customs fee.
